Vitamins Important in life – Yes I just discovered why vitamins are very important in life. I was lacking some very important vitamins and now I know that Vitamin B12 was missing and probably other good vitamins.
I had a good night sleep and feeling good till the moment. I have realized that my pins and needles has been gone 80% now and that is good. Pins and needles burning sensations electric are gone for now since I started eating lean meat and vitamins.
I ate for breakfast, 2 pieces of turkey breast, 2 cups of green beans, small piece of honey dew. I also had tribedoce pill.
Felt good all morning and wow what a big difference in my health – I am so happy that I am feeling better.
Lunch: I ate about 3 cups of baked turkey breast and was so delicious. I will have to share how I prepared this turkey because it is so healthy and so delicious. I had 2 table spoons of Vitamin B12 liquid form, Some Cashews nuts, 2 cups of papaya, green beans. Yes I know I ate way too much, hope I feel good.
Turkey Preparation: Put some onions and also when you cut the onions in half put it against the turkey and smear it. Some parsley around the turkey meat, let it touch and stay on the meat. Lemons on meat. Onions inside the turkey. Mustard smear it a meat. Apple cider Vinegar 3 or 5 table spoons smear it on the turkey all around it. Garlic dust smear it on meat. You will love it, leave the salt away you don’t need it.
4:25 pm I have not been writing cause I been feeling good. I little burning sensations here and there but nothing big. It wanted to do a little harm maybe the beans but I am ok and feeling good. I am about to go home and I have been feeling ok for now hopefully soon I will feel a whole lot better.
I went home and had dinner. Around 5pm I start feeling dizzy or nauseous but as soon I eat I start feeling better and good. I ate for dinner, left over of turkey meat, green beans, and one cucumber and was just great. Was still feeling hungry though, I had a banana and blueberries and one full cup of almond milk unsweetened and blender. I feel like when I have lots fruits and a banana is always involved I feel more the burning sensations pins and needles come back but right now they are low. But I feel them coming back also with beans. Maybe the carbs and sugars but now is a lot lower.
Then I had some mixed nuts like one cup, that was 2 hours later. Now I am running on treadmill for 30 minutes and is 8:49 and am feeling better. I been running on treadmill and is very hard to finish, seems like I feel kind dizzy. OK I have completed the 30 minutes barely but I did. I will go and rest and take a shower and see if I can go to sleep in peace. I will update tomorrow morning how I did over night.
